The Company’s ordinary shares are traded on AIM of the London Stock Exchange. There are no other exchanges or trading platforms on which the Company has applied or agreed to have any of its securities admitted or traded.

As at 30 October 2024 the company has 17,019,315 ordinary shares in issue with a nominal value of £0.005 each. Of these, the number of ordinary shares held in treasury is 234,978. Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights is 16,784,337.
